Dear Eatwell,
It was with great regret I read your review on the Birmingham plus site. We take great pride in our service and food, I can only apologize for this terrible experience of yours, and we would very much appreciate if you could get in contact with us to run the events occurred during the evening.
Nevertheless, I do struggle to understand in some area of your comments...
1/ The frittered fish was not available on this particular night, as it has been removed from the menu since the comments left by a reviewer, until revision.
2/ Our Epos till system allows us to memorize the last 2000 bill invoices, I have run every single bill on the Friday and cannot find any matching bill you are describing in your review.
Hoping you can help me solve my queries
